A szállítási idő a legtöbb esetben 12-25 munkanap, de a postától függően esetenként előfordul a 25-35 munkanap is.
 
Nagyon fontos! Azok a kedves vásárlók akik nem tudják kivárni az esetleges 35 (legrosszabb eset) munkanap szállítási időt kérem ne licitáljanak! A termék messziről jön, előfordul időnként, hogy a posta lassabban postáz!
 
A vételár beérkezését követő harmadik napon postázzuk a terméket USA-ból, illetve Hong Kongból.
 
Kizárólag előreutalás esetében postázzuk a terméket, személyes átvételre nincs lehetőség.
 
 A garancia minden termékre 3 hónap. Hibás termék esetén kérlek jelezd 48 órán belül email-en keresztül, illetve postázd vissza 4 munkanapon belül a levelezésünkben megadott Bp-i címünkre. Amennyiben valóban hibás a termék, a megbeszéltek szerint kicseréljük vagy visszautaljuk a termék árát a termék kézbesítésétől számított 48 órán belül.
 
A termékeket csak akkor cseréljük ki, illetve a vételárat csak akkor küldjük vissza ha a termékek valóban hibásak!
 
A vételárat  visszautaljuk ha nem érkezett meg a termék 37 munkanapon belül.
 
A számlát az Angliában regisztrált cégünk állítja ki, az ÁFA nem kimutatható!
 
Minden kérdésre kizárólag munkaidőben,  10-18 óráig hétköznap válaszolunk. (a választ 24 órán belül megkapja) Hétvégén is lehetséges, de nem garantált.
